Positive Thinking

Positive thinking may be defined as the outcome expected from an action. That outcome is assumed to be a good one. Some writers define positive thinking as the images that encourage a beneficial outcome. The individual expects happiness, joy and good health. They use words that grow good in their lives and the lives of others. It is unfortunate but most people don't understand a positive thinker. They don't understand what is meant when someone says to them, think positive or have a good day. These are strong and impacting statements. The reason, the mind will produce whatever you ask it to do. If you think the worst will happen, you are guaranteed to have the worst happen. Whereas if you say think positive, you have a great chance of having things go in your favor. So whenever someone says think positive, do exactly that.

Did you  know both positive and negative thinking have direct affects on people? This happens in the subconscious and the feelings transfer to the next person. Have you ever heard someone say, whenever he/she comes around, I feel so much better? That is because the positive thinker is affecting the subconscious mind of the other person.  It is the aura of the positive person that is transmitting to the next person.  A benefit to this positive aura and personality is, people are more apt to help them where needed because of the positive energy they emit.

Positive thinking is not restricted to a few people. Anyone is capable of becoming a positive thinker. Just practice and before you know it you will see life a little better and a little better. Positive thinking will enable you to face your reality from an empowered point of view opposed to that of the victim or the defender. You will be more open to the options before you.

Becoming a positive thinker includes reading as much as possible on the subject. Surround yourself with people that think in a positive manner. Be aware of how you view things. You will  become more sensitive to the negative thoughts that come to mind. Before long you will learn to immediately replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts. And your expectations will improve greatly. You will learn to see the potential in  your life encounters. A side benefit to thinking positively is a better quality of life and improved health.
